I wanted to tell you all about a book that I have read. Its called Johnathan Livingston Seagull by Richard Bach. It is one of the most profound books that I have ever read. It's overall message is about overcoming what people's expectations of you and rising above your circumstances. I wanted to tell you all about it because with all this talk about social class and ethnicity and race it was nice to have a reminder that we can be or do whatever we want. It is very inspirational.
(Side-note: It is about a seagull so don't put it down because you find that odd. You have to get to the end to see it meaning!)

I have also read that book and it is very good. It is nice to hear something positive everyonce in a while.
