The first class we talked briefly about education and schooling. Back in the 1960's I was in the military and we didn't call it education or schooling. We called it military training. We did learn about the history of the Air Force and their role with the other service branches. Part of military training was in the use of a M-16 rifle. We were taught how to load and unload the weapon. Next were were instructed in how to fire the weapon. All classes were focused on using the weapon to kill the person you were shooting at. The instructors always pointed out that the purpose was not wound the enemy. My question then becomes was it military education or military schooling?
