Hey guys! I was just watching the news and a mother was being interviewed about the tsunami disaster. She said she knew she had to let go of one of her children (or they would all drown) so she decided to let go of the oldest becase he was the oldest. Better chance of survival? A mother's instinct? Made me think of Poisonwood...

Angela - I saw the same thing! I even said to my husband - that reminds me of Poisonwood Bible. Such a sad situation . . .
