She does, doesn't she! The author does a great job of writing from the different character's point of view. It tells so much about each one of them and their attitudes toward various situations.

Yes, Rachel reminds me of the "Captain of Industry." The author's ability to write from so many different points of view amazes me. The author would probably be a good actress!
