What do you think it will take for our culture to disregard testing as a way to mark achievement ? After reading the books this semester we are better aquainted with the historically nature of the Test....but the public is clueless. Testing ??? What would we replace it with to mark succes?

I don't think what I've learned this semester has turned me off to testing at all. It has given me the perspective to understand what is actually being measured and how to better use that data. If used correctly, some testing could actually be used to mark achievement...and quite honestly, anything we do could be considered a test.
Maybe we should just all go to Sudbury and play video games...
