How valid are the End of Course Tests? Does the state curve these tests? Should the teachers be told how the curve is going to be drawn? Or if the curve is more than 40 points or less than 20 points, how did the state come up with the curve? Something to think about...

I do not think that the tests are curved much if any at all. In the EOC there are a number of questions that are known as "field" questions and these are not included in the student's overall score because they are simply there to see if a question like that should be placed on the EOC.
