At this point, I plan to teach for a couple of years and then consider going back to school for a master's degree. I know a woman who is a teacher that went straight into her master's degree after her undergraduate degree. However, she found that most of her classroom peers were experienced teachers, so she frequently could not relate to their class discussions. I feel that once I'm in the schools, I will know "what I need to know" in the master's program, and will therefore learn more effectively. Plus...I might need a break from studying until then.
