my answers to the 5 questions

For #1 & #2 I would find out what they were doing in private and then depending on their response figure out what I should do.
For #3 I would send them to the nurse or perhaps call their parents and inform them of their childs condition.
#4 First thing I would do is see if they are hurt then depending on the height of the window I would either first call 911 and then contact the principle and inform of what has happened, or if not injured just call the principle.
#5 I am not sure I have mixed feelings.

I like all the answers to the five questions. I think each student is different so each solution should also be different as well. I would think about what to do in each case and follow through based on the information i know about that student and the students past.
