AN interesting quote in the "Segregation and Resegregation in NC Public Schools" Article states that "the growth in charter school enrollments was responsible for more than a quarter of the increase of overall school segregation over the period. CHarter schools have this effect because they include a large number of predominantly black schools."
It has been my experience that most charter schools in our area are predominatly white.
Where are all the predominantly black charter schools?
