I was just wondering how you guys have decided to implement classroom management in your classrooms?! During my practicum I had a classroom that while the teacher was in there were horrible but the second she walked out of the room they knew not to talk and to do their work or they would get in trouble! It just amazed me that ( it seemed) they respected me more than the teaacher! What are your ideas for classroom management?!

I have some ideas of how i would like to implement classroom management, however i know that some aspects will have to be modified depending on the students in the classroom. I think the most important aspect of classroom management is respect. Having the respect from the students is imparative and if they respect you, they should know that you will repect them in return. This is definitely not all there is to classroom management but I feel like it is very important!
