Upon reading book 1, I am amazed that Henry Chauncey thought that people would automatically take the test he was thinking of, be happy with the results, as they would determine what level of work they should do, and what they would do for a living. I don't think he had a good grasp of people in general and what real life was like. What he wanted was a utopia. People, having so many characterics and intricacies will base life decisions on many factors, not just one test.
