Post subject: | Hello class |
I was pleasantly surprised to find out that our class consisted of only 6 students. I have never had a class this small. Everyone seems really nice, and I am looking forward to the rest of the semester. I love to read; so, I am also looking forward to opening up books that I have not selected. I am sure that all of you will be forced to listen to me talk about my classes and my students as the semester moves on. As you will probably soon see I am a pretty straightforward and outspoken person, and I can’t wait to begin discussing our thoughts, opinions, and experiences. |

I'm looking forward to the discussion as well. You may find me to be the cut and dry, this is what NC board policy says, so how-do-we-make-the-best-of-it girl. I deal with teacher licensure, NCLB, contracts, and all that other black and white stuff on a daily basis. This class may in fact be my retreat in that we can discuss rather than my normal "this is how it has to be done" routine. I look forward to getting to know each of you and your creativity. |
