I went on an ASB trip to Atlanta to work with AIDS/HIV patients and non-profit organizations. It was an extremely rewarding experience and I was just wondering what you know all know about AIDS or at least what do you think you know? One thing I was really shocked by was the lack of knowledge our whole group (including me) had of AIDS/HIV and STD's. What are your feelings on sex education? Have you been tested for AIDS/HIV or STD's, was your experience scary? I was tested and so was our whole group, it was the scariest thing I have ever done, even though I knew I did not have it, I was still worried. But it is only a 20 minute (non-needle) test.
