DO NOT READ BELOW UNLESS YOU HAVE SEEN FREEDOM WRITERS OR YOU WANT THE ENDING SPOILED I just watched Freedom Writers yesterday since it came out on video. I thought the movie was moving and very touching until the end. It really bothered me that she followed those student all the way through college. Why would you want your students to stay under you and not grow more as a person when they can have several different teachers with different opinons? I have never had the same teacher with the same type of subjects until I came to college. Am I the only person that this bothered? |
