The role of "teacher" has been broadened in our modern culture to not only include educator but also in cases parent and friend. How do you feel about this?

I don’t have a problem with trend as long as we understand that being a teacher is the first goal. I always learned better when I felt the teacher was a friend. I didn’t want to cut up in class as much either.
