For those who do not know yet, former pres. Clinton will be on campus today. He speaking on behalf of Hillary and addressing many important issues. One of the issues is Hillary's education plan. She has said that once elected she plans to eliminate No Child Left Behind. As a future teacher, what are some of your feelings on No Child Left Behind?

I think that the idea behind No Child Left Behind is essentially a good idea, however, I think that it doesn't really serve its purpose because so many kids have and are still being left behind. Some serious changes need to be made in order for it to be more effective.

I'm not sure what I think, I know that I have a hard time believing what people say when they are addressing education issues. I'm not sure why, but I have this "yea right, we'll see what you actually do" thought.
