In the class video, one of the statements that was made went along these lines: "The students that we care about the most and spend the most time on are the ones that we are putting a stamp on and sending away."
Do you agree with the statement, and do you think that this is a good or bad thing?

I've noticed it within the school system I was educated in. All the more talented students or learners were much more focused on leaving the town and heading somewhere unknown. I thought it might've been because job opportunities other than teaching or construction are slim to none and anyone with aspirations for anything has to leave the county.
