Hi there!
Here is a website to download Seashore for FREE:
http://seashore.sourceforge.net/index.php
After you download the program (and edit your photo), you can delete it off your computer so it doesn't take up space.

Thank you Kimberly for the help! I downloaded the program and eventually figured out how to get my picture saved! I'm so glad someone knew how to do that!

No problem Ms. Jessica!
Here are some more detailed directions just in case anyone else is still having trouble:
-Open Seashore
-Click Create (you don't change the pixels yet)
-File~Open~(find your picture)
-if you want to crop the picture use the selection tool and the option box to the right
-To Change Pixels
-Image~Scale~make sure "Keep Proportions" is checked...change to 120
-To Save it
-File~Save As...you know the rest
