I think there are a lot of things that influence where we try to teach. For me, I will probably try to move back home and teach in the area because of my fathers business which I will have a big part of outside of teaching. I would also like to move back home to Statesville and teach because of the relationships I have with the principals in the area. However, I believe most people will choose to teach in a school that fits their culture and personality. I don't believe this is neccesarily good or bad, but it does have a big influence in my opinion. I have thought about the possibility of moving to a school that has a different culture than what I am used to after a few years, but we'll see how that goes. |
