I had to crop my picture until it was 120 by 120, and the file size has to be smaller than 160kb. I think. It took me like five tries to get it right!

I can't upload my picture either. Once I get it under 160, it's still too wide or too tall but if I crop it anymore I'm only showing an eyeball. I need help, too!

In order to get your picture to upload it is extremely difficult; however, if you right click on the picture (in your desktop), highlight the "open with" option. Click on "Microsoft Picture Manager." Once it has opened your picture click on the tab labeled "Picture" (on the top). An item list will unfold, when it does click "Resize Picture." On the right side of your screen a format list will appear. In the format list you can augment the picture to meet the required specifications. Hope that helps.
