ok... some questions... i am not really sure what a student needs to be able to be enrolled in a public school. if a birth certificate or social security card is necessary then everyone in school would be a citizen by birth. i don't think this is the case, but i am not sure how it all works. what exactly is necessary to be enrolled in public schools, and how do illegal immigrants get into our classrooms?
