My mind reflects back to our discussion on last evening. Kevin brought up the topic of how long will it be before we feel that we have reached the goals of affirmative action. Does anyone have an idea of what will have to be in place before we can say that we have reached the goal of affirmative action? Should the government or the powers that be come up with a plan that will ensure that all objectives have been met and we can begin a phasing out program?
