In Time Magazine there was an article about new coffee shops named Socrates Cafe... A former teacher and journalist founded the cafe and people meet and develop views by asking questions and being open to new ideas and beliefts. These cafes are being open on Native American reservations, on university campus, and even in homeless shelters and children's hospitals. The goal? Not to find a final answer, but to keep thinking about things, one question at a time. Wouldn't it be great if all those who are "bickering" about the rebel flag would philosophically (sp?) question their stance? Maybe the world would begin to think of others and things would get better?
