Hi everyone:
When I had to cancel class on the 30th I extended our class one week, to April 27th for discussion of the Poisonwood Bible, and assignment of the final. In consequence, I made the final due on May 4.
I have had a couple of requests that I try to cover both Rorty, and the PB tomorrow night, April 20. There are people who have made plans based on the original syllabus. I would like to hear your input on having tomorrow night be the final class. Could you handle that in terms of content? I think we could do it, I'm just not sure how it would work for all of you.
Regardless, I don't think the final should be assigned until the 27th, and due on the 4th.

Thank you for considering this. I really want to hear the discussion about the Poisonwood Bible. This was a challenging book and very interesting at the same time. I hope this works. Thank you also for keeping the date the same for the final. See you tomorrow night.-Lisa

I couldn't figure out how to vote, but I'm all for meeting on the 20th to discuss both readings.

I am closing on a house on the 27th, so I would love to cover everything tomorrow. Sorry if you haven't read Poisonwood yet though, it might be tough for some people.

I had also made plans for that evening before it was rescheduled, so I am in favor of making the 20th the last class.

Thanks for allowing us to vote. I would love to discuss both the article and Poisonwood Bible tomorrow. This plan would really help me.
Thank you again,
Stephanie
