I would buy you a fur coat (but not a real fur coat that's cruel).

If I had a million dollars I would say that I would spend it on glorious vacations and seeing the world! But in my heart a glorious vacation would be to other countries to spread the news of our Lord and just to help those in need. To give the mistreated children the love and affection they needed. To provide for a family who had nothing and could barely survive. I would share it with the lower income schools in the community so they could have good books to learn. It would be a shame to have that much money and not help those in need! These are all things I would say I would do if I had a million dollars, but the real question is would I be consumed with greed and selfishness to keep it all for myself? Once that money is actually in your hand it is a different story! So there for I would not want a million dollars to ever be sent to me, split it among the many families who actually need it and would be grateful for it!

I would invest the entire amount, wait 10 years, then live of 1/2 of the interest (~100,000) while I reinvested the other 100,000. All the while the 100,000 would exponentionally increase each year as I reinvest the other half of the interest earned.

Then I can do all of the wonderful, heart-felt activities
