Here is a link to a really interesting interview of Jane Elliot, the teacher who created the brown eye, blue eye exercise in 1968. It was conducted in 2002.

I've seen a video of Jane Elliott's "exercise" a couple of times now, but it's always amazing to watch. It's easy for us to forget, in our politically correct society, that there is still discrimination everywhere. If it's not about race, it's about culture, religion, class, or some other distinguishing factor.
