I found the video very interesting to watch. Being able to discuss this type of topic in a group of people who have such different religious beliefs must be difficult at times. I sometimes want more information from the stories in the Bible. I think it is natural to be curious about why things happened in certain ways. I don't think that I am compromising my belief in God when I engage in such discussions. I sometimes find that my convictions are stronger after participating in them.

Mitzi, I agree with you. Sometimes it takes a different view to make you realize just how strongly you do believe in something.

I agree Mitzi. I think that your convictions do become stronger when you engage in conversation that allows you to analyze other points of view as well as your own point of view. I really enjoyed this video. It was perfect example of being able to discuss a topic that everyone is passionate about in a calm, intellectual manner.

I had not given much thought to the Cain and Abel story, even though I have heard the story told and read from the Bible many times. After seeing the movie, I think about the familar story in a different way. Hearing those people talk about it made it seem more personal. It's hard to explain, and even more difficult to write about. I found it to be very interesting.
